Masala Chai #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 cups water
    1 cinnamon stick
    8 cardamom pods
    8 whole cloves
    2/3 cup milk
    sugar
    3 tsp tea leaves




1. Put water in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves and bring to a boil. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.


2. Add the milk and sugar and bring to simmer again. Throw in the tea leaves, cover, and turn off the heat. Sit for 2 minutes.


3. Strain the tea into two cups and serve immediately.


Silver Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz gin
    1 oz dry vermouth
    1/4 tsp sugar syrup
    1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
    2 dashes orange bitters
    1 twist lemon peel




Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Hot Carl Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Sauza Hornitos Resposado tequila
    1 oz DeKuyper Watermelon Pucker schnapps
    1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix




Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Bavarian Coffee Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
    1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    1 tsp sugar




Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Fuzzy Chartreuse Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 shots Midori melon liqueur
    ginger ale
    crushed ice




Fill glass half full with crushed ice. Add midori, then fill glass the rest of the way full with ginger ale. This should result in a chartreuse colored drink. Add more midori to your taste.

Amaretto Tea Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 oz hot tea
    2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 1/2 oz chilled whipped cream




Pour hot tea into a pousse cafe glass, using a spoon in glass to prevent cracking. Add amaretto, but do not stir. Top with chilled whipped cream and serve.

Fuzzy Charlie Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/4 oz dark rum
    1/2 oz creme de bananes
    1/2 oz coconut cream
    2 oz pineapple juice
    2 - 3 oz ginger ale




Pour the dark rum, creme de bananes, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a pineapple spear, and serve.

Excalibur Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2.5 cl Black Mozart chocolate liqueur
    2 cl Monin cherry syrup
    0.5 cl Monin hazelnut syrup
    2 cl vodka




Mix ingredients in a blender and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with redcurrants, chocolate flakes and a mint leaf.

Intercourse Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Absolut vodka
    2 oz orange juice
    1/2 oz Hawaiian punch
    1/2 oz Mountain Dew citrus soda




Pour the Absolut vodka and orange juice into a cocktail glass. Stir well. Top with equal amounts of Hawaiian fruit punch and mountain dew, and serve.

Hot Apple Pie With Sparks Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Irish cream
    1/2 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
    1 splash Bacardi 151 rum
    2 - 3 pinches cinnamon powder




Layer the Irish cream and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps in a shot glass. Very gently, pour the Bacardi 151 on top. Carefully ignite the 151. Throw small handfuls of cinnamon powder on top 2 - 3 times to make sparks. Blow out and serve.

Pepinos Cafe Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz tequila
    1/4 - 3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1/2 tsp brown sugar
    1 cup strong hot coffee
    1 oz light whipped cream




Heat tequila and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar. Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream.

Fuzzy Bastard Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Bacardi dark rum
    1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
    1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz raspberry syrup
    fill with 1/2 orange juice
    fill with 1/2 sweet and sour mix

Pour ingredients in order listed above into

    1 oz heavy cream
    1/2 tsp Chambord raspberry liqueur




Pour tequila, dark creme de cacao, heavy cream and Chambord into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Silent Monk Recipe

  • 1 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
    1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    1 oz light cream

  • 5 shots DeKuyper Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps

Pour hot damn 100 into the bottom of a jar or regular glass. Fill the rest of the glass with sweet tea. Stir with a spoon, straw, or better yet a cinnamon stick and leave it in.

Fury Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 part vodka
    1 part spiced rum
    1 splash sweet and sour mix
    2 parts orange juice




In a whiskey glass with ice, add equal parts vodka and spiced rum, a splash of sour mix, then top off with orange juice.

Flaming Spanish Fly Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila
    1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
    rich black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    coarse sugar
    1 cherry




Moisten rim of glass with cherry juice or water. Dip rim into coarse sugar to coat heavily. Pour tequila and coffee liquor into glass. Gently float 151 proof rum on top. Carefully ignite rum and swirl glass to lightly melt sugar with flame. Immediately pour in coffee to extinguish flames and fill cup. Top with whipped cream and cherry.

Furry Purple Squirrel Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz light rum
    1 oz coconut rum
    1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 oz grenadine syrup
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1 oz club soda
    1 dash coconut rum




Pour the rums, blue curacao, grenadine and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, and stir. Garnish with a slice of lime with an almond embedded in it. Pour the dash of coconut rum to finish, and serve.

Indigo Blues Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/4 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila
    5/8 oz triple sec
    1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    2 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
    juice of 1/2 limes
    1 splash pineapple juice




Shake and strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Fuquay Friday Night Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 shots Absolut Kurant vodka
    2 shots Sprite soda
    2 tbsp grenadine syrup
    1 shot cherry cola




Add absolut kurant and sprite to a cocktail glass. Mix in the grenadine syrup, and add the cherry cola. Serve. Add a dash of lime for a slightly different taste.

Sid Vicious Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz whiskey
    2 oz gin
    1/2 oz sweet vermouth
    1 dash bitters
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce




Pour whiskey, gin, vermouth over ice and stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, add bitters and worcestershire sauce. Garnish with poppy seeds.

Freezer Burn Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz pre-chilled Smirnoff vodka
    1 oz DeKuyper Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps




Chill the Smirnoff bottle on ice or in a refrigerator beforehand. Keep Hot Damn! at room temperature.


Pour the Smirnoff vodka into a shot glass, and the Hot Damn! cinnamon schnapps into a seperate shot glass. Shoot the shot of vodka, and chase with the schnapps. Hence the name "Freezer burn".

Indian Apple Martini Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz green apple vodka
    1 1/4 oz Kazkar Feni cashew apple liqueur
    1 oz apple juice
    1/2 oz sweet and sour mix




Shake the above ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini cocktail glass with a sour apple sugar rim. Garnish with an apple slice, and serve.

Thai Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/4 cup strong Thai tea
    1/2 cup boiling water
    2 tsp sweetened condensed milk
    ice cubes
    garnish with mint




Combine Thai tea (i.e., the powder), boiling water, and sweetened condensed milk, stir until blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 2 servings.

Dirty Martini Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz gin
    1 tbsp dry vermouth
    2 tbsp olive juice
    2 olives




1. Place an ice cube and a small amount of water in a cocktail glass. Place in freezer for 2 - 3 minutes.


2. Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 - 4 times.


3. Remove cocktail glass from freezer, and empty. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass, include one of the olives, and serve with a mysterious smile.

Four Horsemen Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila
    3/4 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur
    3/4 oz Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur
    3/4 oz Bacardi 151 rum




Pour contents in shaker over ice and shake well. Pour into glass. This is a big shooter so you have to use a small rocks glass.

Thai Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients



  • strong black ground coffee
    1 tsp sugar
    cream
    cardamom




Prepare a pot of coffee at a good European strength. In the ground coffee, add 2 or 3 freshly ground cardamom pods. Sweeten while hot, then cool quickly. Serve in highball glass over ice, with cream. To get the layered effect, place a spoon atop the coffee and pour the milk carefully into the spoon so that it floats on the top of the coffee.

  • 1 part amaretto almond liqueur
    1 part Grand Marnier orange liqueur

Scrumptious Coffee Recipe

  • 48 oz strong black coffee
    brown sugar
    10 oz brandy
    8 oz dark rum
    8 oz white rum
    2 cinnamon sticks
    16 oz whipped cream
    orange peel




Sweeten the coffee with brown sugar to taste. Mix coffee, liquor, and orange peel in a pan. Heat gently, but do not boil. Let infuse for a couple of minutes. Pour into pre-warmed heat-resistent glasses. Float whipped cream on top. Garnish with thin strip of peel of orange and nutmeg.

    1/2 oz DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
    1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur

    7 1/2 oz 7-Up soda




Pour the apricot brandy, DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps, Kahlua coffee liqueur and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a 10-12 oz highball glass. Fill with 7-up. Stir, and serve.

  • 1 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1 oz Malibu coconut rum
    2 oz Dole orange juice
    2 oz Dole pineapple juice
    1 tsp grenadine syrup

  • 3 oz cream sherry
    2 oz apricot nectar
    3 oz orange juice
    1/2 oz lemon juice

Orange Scented Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 cups milk
    4 oz chocolate
    3 2-inch strips oranges peel
    1/2 tsp espresso
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg




1. Combine milk, chocolate (chopped bittersweet or semi-sweet ), orange peel, espresso (instant coffee), and nutmeg in a heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts, increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.


2. Return to heat and bring to boil again. Remove from heat, whisk until frothy. Repeat heating and whisking once again.


3. Discard orange peel. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Before serving, bring just to boil, remove from heat and whisk until frothy.) Pour hot chocolate into coffee mugs. Makes 2 servings.

Imperial Fizz Recipe

  • 1/2 oz light rum
    1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
    juice of 1/2 lemons
    1 tsp powdered sugar
    carbonated water




Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Fucked Up Shark Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Jeremiah Weed bourbon whiskey
    1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 1/2 oz triple sec
    1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    12 oz can tonic water




Pour the Jeremiah Weed whiskey into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the blue curacao, triple sec and Southern Comfort peach liqueur and add a can of tonic water. Shake vigorously, despite the building pressure. Shake until much of the carbonation from the tonic water subsides and creates a petillent, clear teal beverage. Pour over a minimal amount of ice in a collins glass, and serve.

    fill with orange juice
