Ingredients



  • 1 part DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
    1 part DeKuyper Cheri-Beri Pucker schnapps
    1 part DeKuyper Grape Pucker schnapps
    1 splash orange juice

  • 1 1/2 oz Stoli Persik vodka
    2 oz cranberry juice
    2 oz orange juice




Pour the Stoli peach vodka (Persik), cranberry juice and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and pour entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass with several ice cubes. Garnish with a peach slice, and serve.

  • 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
    1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1/2 oz peach schnapps
    1 oz orange juice

Fruit Pastille Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 msr gin
    1/2 msr dry vermouth
    3 dashes Blue Curacao liqueur
    3 dashes grenadine syrup
    fill with orange juice
    ice cubes




Place ice cubes into the glass. Pour over measure of gin, followed by the dry vermouth. Fill to desired level with orange juice. Gently pour in dashes of blue curacao so that about 2/3 of the orange turns green. Pour the dashes of grenadine to turn bottom of the drink red. Serve with a straw.

  • 1 oz Bacardi light rum
    1 oz Bacardi dark rum
    1/2 oz creme de almond
    1/2 oz triple sec
    sweet and sour mix

Pour light rum, dark rum, creme de almond and triple sec into an ice-filled hurricane glass. Almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and orange juice. Top with 151 rum. Add a large straw, and serve unstirred.

    1 oz triple sec
    4 oz sweet and sour mix
    1 cup fruits




Add the tequila, triple sec, sour mix and fruit (choose one fruit) to a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend well. Pour into a hurricane glass, and serve.

    1 oz cherry brandy
    1 oz lime juice
    1/4 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur

Drain syrup from the fruit cocktail. Mix fruit and cinnamon with 4 ice cubes in a blender. Add whisky according to taste. Let blend for about 2 1/2 minutes at high setting.

  • 1 1/2 oz gold rum
    3 tsp lime juice
    1 tbsp Jamaican dark rum
    1 tbsp white rum
    1 tbsp pineapple juice
    1 tbsp papaya juice
    1 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
    1 tsp 151 proof rum
    1 pineapple stick
    1 pinch powdered sugar




Shake all ingredients (except the high-proof rum) over ice, the pineapple stick and the sugar. Strain and add ice. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry. Float the high-proof rum on top and sprinkle a little sugar over it.

Canadian Snake Bite Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz sambuca
    1 oz tequila
    2 - 3 dashes Tabasco sauce




Pour the Sambuca into a brandy snifter and the tequila seperately into a rocks or old-fashioned glass. Add a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce to the glass with tequila. Roll the Sambuca around the snifter (like a cement mixer), ignite, and allow to burn for a second or two. Pour the Sambuca into the tequila rocks glass and cap it with the brandy snifter so as to extinguish the flames.


This should form some smoke within the glasses. Carefully lift the snifter and inhale the fumes, then pound the tequila and Sambuca mixture. Packs a pretty good wallop.

Zimamazing Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz vodka
    2 oz gin
    2 oz rum
    2 oz tequila
    4 oz triple sec
    4 oz sweet and sour mix
    1 bottle Zima




Put the first six ingredients in a shaker glass without ice and shake until frothy. Fill glass with ice and pour Zima and the contents of the shaker glass at the time so it is a one-to-one ratio. Stir and serve. Makes about four drinks.(depending on the ice)


Tastes like an Electric Lemonade with Zima instead of lemon-lime soda and more sour mix. Instead of triple sec, you can also use blue curacao. It makes it a pretty blue-green drink.


Also, keep a LOT of extra ice on hand because this drink has so much alcohol it melts the ice immediately, which is why you should not put ice in the shaker, it will dilute the drink.

  • 1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila

Orange Tiger Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz tequila
    1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    1 oz orange juice




Pour above ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice,shake until completely cold then strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.Garnish with orange wheel or wedge.

Cherry Shake Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz cherry whiskey
    1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 oz Irish cream
    1 splash 7-Up soda




Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass, and serve.

Beegee Oj Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
    3 oz orange juice
    1 splash grenadine syrup




Pour Jim Beam bourbon whiskey into a large old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add the orange juice, a little grenadine, and serve.

Orange Surprise Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 cl DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
    2 cl vodka
    4 - 6 cl sweet and sour mix
    Fanta orange soda




Shake the peachtree schnapps, vodka and sour mix in a shaker. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with orange fanta. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz brandy
    1 oz sweet vermouth
    1/2 oz anisette
    1 dash grenadine syrup
    1 twist orange peel




Shake all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.

Corkscrew Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 oz peach schnapps
    1/2 oz dry vermouth
    1 twist lemon peel




In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach schnapps, and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Orange Surfboard Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Stoli Ohranj vodka
    1 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1 oz triple sec
    orange juice
    1 splash cranberry juice




Combine liquors in a tall glass with ice cubes. Fill with orange juice and add a splash of cranberry juice. Shake to mix and serve.

Cordial Cooler Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi white rum
    3 rock melon chunk
    3 pineapple chunk
    1 tbsp sugar
    orange squash




Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).

Beef On Rye Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Beefeater gin
    1/2 oz Canadian whisky
    1/2 oz passion-fruit syrup
    2 oz sparkling bitter lemon soda




Shake the gin, whisky and syrup in a shaker. Strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice. Add the lemon.

  • 3 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila
    3 oz club soda
    1 slice lemon




Fill glass with Tequila, then club soda, then squeze a slice of lemon, toss in and add one ice cube, stir, drink, enjoy.
