Fruit Juice Cup Recipe

Ingredients



  • 70 cl Lambrusco red wine
    10 cl dark rum
    50 cl orange juice
    10 cl lemon juice
    20 cl pineapple juice
    10 cl sugar syrup
    1 liter ginger ale




Add all ingredients, with slices of orange and lemon, to a punch bowl. Add sufficient ice to chill, and serve in wine glasses. Add white rum if desired.

Coffee Egg Nog Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
    1 oz coffee liqueur
    6 oz milk
    1 oz half-and-half
    1 tsp sugar syrup
    1/2 tsp instant coffee
    1 egg




Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a collins glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.

Hollywood Martini Recipe

  • 3 oz gin

    2 oz Champagne
    1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur




Pour the chilled Hpnotiq liqueur and Champagne into a Champagne flute. Slowly add Chambord raspberry liqueur. Garnish with cherries, and serve.

Coffee Colada Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/4 oz white rum
    1 1/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1 1/3 oz coconut cream
    3 oz pineapple juice
    1 tsp whipping cream




Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. Add straws, and serve.

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum
    4 oz cranberry juice
    1 oz orange juice
    1 maraschino cherry

Arctic Punch Recipe

  • 5 cups sugar
    10 cups hot water
    1 can orange juice

Girl From Mars Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz Archers peach schnapps
    1/2 oz vodka
    2 oz strawberry puree
    1/2 oz grenadine syrup
    1 - 2 oz half-and-half




Place the Archers peach schnapps, vodka and strawberry puree in a glass and shake well. Add several cubes of ice and then add half-and-half until near the top. Aquarium Jello Recipe

Ingredients



  • 4 envelopes gelatin
    Blue Curacao liqueur
    Purple Endive
    assorted gummi fish
    1 package candy




Use a new or well-cleaned goldfish bowl. Mix gelatin according to package directions, substituting curacao for water in whatever ratio you prefer. Place the hard candies in the bowl. When gelatin is cool but not yet setting up, pour it slowly into the bowl and be careful not to disturb the candies or the color will run. Cool until half-set then add foliage and fish, placing them with strands of spaghetti. Refrigerate until serving-time.

Tripwire Recipe

  • 1 gal high proof vodka
    1 can lemonade concentrate
    juice of 3 - 6 lemons
    3 1/2 - 4 gal ice cold water




In 5 gal. jug mix thoroughly all of vodka with all of lemons, lemonade, and water, which should be previously combined. Make sure water is ice cold, if not ice or refridgeration may be required.


Coconut Toastie Recipe

  • 1 oz light rum
    5 tbsp vanilla ice cream
    1/4 oz whipped cream
    shredded coconuts




Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.

Trashcan Punch Recipe

  • 3 parts fruit punch
    2 parts Everclear alcohol
    1 part fruits




Slice the fruit. I recommend strawberries, oranges, lemons, and limes. Then mix the punch and everclear together in a clean trashcan with ice. Hawaiian punch is my preference, but you can use any sort of fruit punch. Make sure you use ice and have a blast.

Coconut Shell Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz white rum
    1 1/2 oz creme de bananes
    2 large coconuts
    milk




Drain the coconuts and save the liquid. Scoop out the flesh and place in a blender. Add white rum, creme de bananes and milk. Add 3-4 oz. of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour back into the coconut shells. Add more milk (if needed) until a nice consistancy.

    1 1/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    1 1/4 oz double cream
    3/4 oz orange juice

  • 1/2 oz vodka

Slow Cooker Cider Recipe

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
    1 tsp cloves
    1 tsp allspice
    2 qt apple cider
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 sliced orange




Place cinnamon, cloves and allspice in a double thickness of cheesecloth: bring up corners of cloth and tie with a string to form a bag. Place cider and brown sugar in a slow cooker: stir until sugar dissolves.


Add spice bag. Place orange slices on top. Cover and cook on low for 2-5 hours. Remove spice bag before serving.

    1 shot gin

Coconut Brandy Bowl Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz brandy
    1 1/2 oz banana liqueur
    2 large coconuts
    3 - 4 oz crushed ice




1. Slice off the eyes of the coconuts; drain and save the milk.


2. Gouge out the meat of the coconuts; saving as much milk from that as possible.


3. Combine the brandy, banana liqueur, and all the coconut milk in a blender with the crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for 15 seconds. Serve the drink in the two coconut shells.

Pour cognac and creme de cacao into an 8 oz. pina colada glass over ice. Top with milk or cream. Garnish with a cherry and shaved chocolate/cocoa powder.
