Norwegian Hunting Mixture Bowl Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 gal alcohol
    5 gal lemonade
    3 kg lemons
    4 kg oranges
    3 kg grapefruits




1. Fill a a large clean mixing bowl with approx. 2 gallon pure alcohol and 5 gallon lemonade.


2. Add approx. 10 kg. fresh fruits; lemon, grapefruit and oranges. Mix the items together for approx. 2 minutes with a 4 HP outboard-motor with cooling - and exhaust system modified to not interfere with the mixture.


3. Can be served in all kind of glasses but preferably a jar called "Norges-glass".

Dirty Volcano Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz light rum
    1 oz dark rum
    1 oz Skyy vodka
    1 oz sweet and sour mix
    cranberry juice




Shake the vodka and rums and strain into a rocks glass. Add sweet & sour mix, fill with cranberry juice, and serve. A splash of amaretto or triple sec is a great addition to this drink.

Desperation Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz Martini & Rossi dry vermouth
    1 - 2 oz fresh lime juice
    8 oz ginger ale




Using a lime juicer, squeeze the juice of two whole limes into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the dry vermouth and top off with ginger ale. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.

La Belle Quebec Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
    1/2 oz brandy

  • 1 oz dry vermouth
    3/4 oz bourbon whiskey

  • 1 fifth peach schnapps
    1 pint Malibu coconut rum
    12 cans (12 oz each) Rainier lager
    1/2 gal concentrated pineapple juice




Pour the peach schnapps and Malibu coconut rum into a large punch bowl or bucket. Pour the pineapple juice in, then pour in all the beer. Try using ice if desired, maybe some pieces of pineapple. Serve to guests in punch cups or tall glasses.

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
    1 oz rum
    1 oz tequila
    1 oz gin
    1 oz triple sec
    1 splash orange juice
    2 - 3 oz Coca-Cola

Pour the Stoli cinnamon vodka (Zinamon), Stoli orange vodka (Ohranj), triple sec and orange juice into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 1. Put the sherry, sugar, spices, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl, and stir until well-blended. Leave to soak for at least half an hour.


2. Beat the cream until it is stiff. Fold in the chopped ginger. Chill thoroughly.


3. Before serving, divide into four serving bowls and top with crumbs of crystallized ginger and a shake of nutmeg.

  • 2 liters water
    3 liters black tea
    honey
    sugar syrup
    2 liters dark rum

Heat water. Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil. Add liquors, stir well, and simmer. Stir in lime juice and peels. Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle.

Mulled Port Recipe

Ingredients



  • 750 ml bottle ruby port
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 oranges
    1/2 tsp ground allspice
    1/2 tsp ground mace
    1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
    12 whole cloves
    1 cinnamon stick




Peel and slice the oranges, and place the peel in a large nonreactive saucepan. Add cloves, mace, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon stick, sugar and 2 cups of water. Set over a medium-high heat and stir frequently to dissolve the sugar. Allow the reach the boil and turn down to medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and return to the pan. Add port and heat, but do not boil. Serve in Irish coffee glasses with a slice of peeled orange in each. Makes 6 (6-ounce) Irish coffee glasses.

Banana Slush Punch Recipe

  • 4 bananas
    3 1/2 cups water
    1 small can orange juice

    1 package Kool-Aid Tropical Punch mix
    1 large can pineapple juice

1. Blend the bananas with 2 cups of water in a blender. Set aside.


2. Pour remaining water, kool-aid, sugar and fruit juices (all except for the ginger ale) into a large punch bowl. Add the banana-mash, and freeze for at least 24 hours.


3. Before serving, add the ginger ale and chip the frosted mixture until slushy. Leave for 1 - 3 hours to thaw.

Banana Punch #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 7 cups water
    3 1/2 cups sugar
    5 mashed bananas
    6 cans frozen orange juice concentrate
    6 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
    46 oz pineapple juice
    1 qt ginger ale




Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Cool and add the remaining ingredients except ginger ale. Freeze. Remove from freezer 2 to 3 hours before serving. Mix with ginger ale. Float assorted fruit in punch bowl. Vodka could also be added.

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

    3/4 oz apple juice

    1/2 oz Absolut vodka
    top with pineapple juice
    1 splash 7-Up soda

Pour the blue Curacao and the vodka in a highball glass. Top with pineapple juice and a splash of 7-up. Garnish with a cherry.

  • 1 oz Bacardi white rum

Caribbean Sunset Recipe

  • 3/4 oz Malibu coconut rum
    3/4 oz melon liqueur
    2 oz cranberry juice
    orange juice




Combine melon liqueur and malibu rum together in a hurricane glass. Slowly pour cranberry juice on top until it fills half the remaining space. Float orange juice on top, and serve.

    1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur

  • 1 shot Malibu coconut rum
    1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur

Wet Snatch Recipe

  • 5 parts chopped ice
    3 parts tequila
    1 part vanilla syrup
    2 parts coconut milk
    1 part blue raspberry juice
    2 parts pineapple juice




Add blue raspberry to ice, add vanilla, pineapple, and coconut, then blend. Add tequila, and blend again. Add whipped cream on top if desired.

Club Cuba Recipe

  • 2 parts rosso vermouth
    2 parts white rum
    1 part maraschino liqueur
    1 piece cherries

Caribbean Screwdriver Recipe

  • 1 oz peach schnapps
    1 oz creme de bananes

Wedding Bell Punch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 liters dry red wine
    16 oz bourbon whiskey
    12 oz anejo rum
    8 oz sweet vermouth
    4 oz creme de cacao
    187 ml chilled Champagne
    16 oz club soda
    16 oz ginger ale
    2 cups lemon juice
    1 cup superfine sugar
    2 pints hulled, quartered strawberries

    5 oz cranberry juice

  • 1.5 liters (2 bottles) ruby port
    1 liter ginger ale
    1 liter lemon-lime soda
    1 sliced lemon
    1 sliced orange
