    1 twist lemon peel




Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Miami Ice Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz rum
    1 oz gin
    1 oz triple sec
    1 oz lemon-lime soda
    2 oz orange juice
    1/2 oz peach schnapps




Pour all ingredients (except peach schnapps) into a beer mug. Stir gently, and almost-fill with ice. Add peach schnapps, and serve.

Tequini Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
    1/2 oz dry vermouth
    1 dash bitters
    1 twist lemon peel
    1 olive




Stir tequila, vermouth, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel, top with the olive, and serve.

Fancy Scotch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
    1/2 tsp triple sec
    1/4 tsp superfine sugar
    2 dashes bitters
    1 twist lemon peel




In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Blue Blazer #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 parts Irish whiskey
    1 part lemon juice
    1 part light honey
    2 - 3 parts water




Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Pour in Old-fashioned glasses with a spoon in it (to prevent the glass from breaking if the drink is too hot).

Stardust Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
    1/2 oz DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 oz sweet and sour mix
    1 oz pineapple juice
    1 splash grenadine syrup




Fill shaker cup with ice. Pour in all ingredients. Shake and strain into shooter glass of preference.

    1/2 oz creme de menthe
    1 dash lemon juice




Pour the white rum, creme de menthe and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Fancy Nancy Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz citrus vodka
    1/2 oz sweet vermouth
    1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    1/4 oz Campari bitters
    1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice




Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Serpentine Recipe

    1/2 oz brandy
    1/2 oz sweet vermouth
