Ingredients



  • 2 oz Stoli Persik vodka
    1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
    3 oz cranberry juice
    juice of 1/2 limes




Pour vodka and raspberry liqueur over ice. Add cranberry juice, and the freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir and serve.

Blue Margarita Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
    1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 oz lime juice
    coarse salt




Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake tequila, blue curacao, and lime juice with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve.

Canadian Daisy Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Canadian whisky
    1 tsp brandy
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp raspberry syrup
    4 oz soda water




Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with sparkling water. Float the brandy on top. Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve.

La Mamila Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 liter tequila
    5 cans Caguamas Tecate beer
    4 lemons
    32 oz clamato juice
    2 squirts Tabasco sauce
    2 pinches salt




Empty the beers into a large container, add the lemons, tabasco and the salt, and mix in. Add the tequila and clamato, then swirl.


Blue Lightning Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/3 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    1/3 oz Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey
    5 oz lime mix




Pour the blue curacao, Southern Comfort and Wild Turkey into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with prepared lime mix, and serve.

Apricot Anise Collins Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
    1 1/2 oz gin
    1 1/2 tsp anisette
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    carbonated water
    1 slice lemon
    ice cubes




Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.

L&c Recipe

Ingredients



  • 8 oz pineapple chunks
    3 oz Finlandia pineapple vodka
    2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    ice
    maraschino cherries




Put pineapple chunks in the blender and blend until smooth. Add vodka, rum, and enough ice to raise the level to five cups. Blend until the ice gets all smashed up. Pour into tall glasses, garnished with the cherries.

Apricot Adventure Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 fresh mint sprigs
    1 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 cl lime juice
    4 cl Zwack apricot brandy
    1 cl vodka
    club soda




Crush part of the mint together with the sugar and some Zwack. Shake the rest of the Zwack with the lime juice and ice as desired and pour into the glass. Fill up with club soda and decorate with the remaining mint and perhaps some lime.

Beach Haus Recipe

  • 1 oz Black Haus blackberry schnapps
    1 oz Captain Morgan Silver spiced rum
    2 oz pineapple juice




Pour Black Haus blackberry schnapps and Captain Morgan rum into a wine globlet with ice. Top with pineapple juice, garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Canadian Cocoa Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz Canadian whisky
    3/4 oz dark rum
    1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
    5 oz milk
    2/3 oz maple syrup




Heat milk in a small saucepan. When simmering, add remaining ingredients. Allow syrup to dissolve, and pour into a heat-proof glass.


Blue Lesbian Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz raspberry vodka
    1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
    Fruitopia fruit juice




Pour vodka into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Fill with blue Fruitopia fruit juice, stir, and add a dash of blue curacao. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve with a swizzler stick.

    75 cl Coca-Cola




Drink (or throw away) one half of a 1.5 ltr. bottle of coke. Then simply pour red wine, cheap or not, into the bottle slowly, until full. Do not shake the bottle, but simply turn it over a couple of times.

  • 1 oz DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
    1 oz triple sec
    1 dash grenadine syrup
    10 - 14 oz Sprite soda




Mix ingredients together over ice cubes in a collins glass. Pour into a cocktail shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass, garnish with a lime, and serve.

Beach Bum Shake Recipe

    2 oz orange juice
    1/4 oz vodka
    1 splash triple sec




Pour the tequila, orange juice, vodka and triple sec into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake for about a minute. Strain into hurricane glass. Add a tiny umbrella and slice of lemon (optional), and serve.

Blue Knickers Recipe

  • 120 ml vodka
    20 ml gin
    60 ml Champagne
    50 ml soda water
    25 ml orange juice (with pulp)
    20 ml lemon juice




Combine all ingredients in a red wine glass; swirl until mixed. Add several ice cubes and serve.

Ice Chest Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients



  • 15 - 20 limes
    15 - 20 lemons
    5 lb sugar
    1 qt lemonade
    20 lb ice
    vodka




Microwave the limes and lemons for about 10 - 15 seconds in order to release the juice. Cut in half. Pour the ice into an ice chest. Add lemonade or limeade, sugar and squeeze in the juice from all the lemons and limes. Add vodka to taste. Grab the handles and shake.

Blue Kamikaze Recipe

Jackalope Punch Recipe

  • 5 oz Dole Pineapple Passion Mango juice
    1 1/2 oz vodka
    3/4 oz 99 Bananas banana schnapps
    2 splashes grenadine syrup




Combine ingredients, shake, and strain into a collins glass with ice. You can adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more grenadine. For more bite use 1 oz 99 Bananas.

Halloween Punch Recipe

  • grape juice
    soda
    orange sherbet
    lime sherbet




1. Use grape juice and a variety of carbonated soft drinks (club soda, ginger ale, lemon-lime, etc). Mix them in a punch bowl.


2. Take scoops of the orange and lime sherbet and float them in the punch. Let them melt a little, so that a nasty film spreads all over the top of the punch. (There should still be "bubbles" in it in the form of sherbet scoops.)


Looks horrible, tastes just fine.

Hallenbeck Punch Recipe

  • 3/4 liter bottle Everclear alcohol
    1.75 liters bottle vodka
    3 red Hawaiian punch
    4 liters Canada Dry ginger ale
    1/2 rainbow sherbert




Leave the rainbow sorbet in a fridge for a few hours to allow to melt and add to a 5-gallon sports cooler container (the kind that stand up and have a spout on the bottom). Add all other ingredients. Shake it up good before serving to a healthy amount of party guests.

Gator Juice Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 gal vodka
    1 fifth raspberry schnapps
    1 fifth DeKuyper Watermelon Pucker schnapps
    2 cans (large cans) fruits
    2 cans red Hawaiian punch




Drain fruit (if using canned fruit) or use fresh fruit if desired, and set juice aside. Place fruit in a bowl or container, add half of each bottle of alcohol, and allow to soak for as long as possible (overnight works best).


The following day, or whenever ready, add the fruit juice you saved to the marinated fruit. Add hawaiian punch to strength of your liking, then add ice. Serve in punch cups or suitable glasses.

Baywatch Recipe

    4 cl Galliano herbal liqueur

Shake the vodka, the galliano and the juice in a shaker. Then add ice and finally put cream on top. A little bit of chocolate makes it look really great. Should be served in a hurricane glass with a straw.

False Whiskey Sour Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 bottles beer
    2 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
    1 fifth whiskey
    1 scoop ice




We always use equal parts beer, whiskey, and frozen lemonade. Thaw and pour the lemonade concentrate into a pitcher, then fill up the cans with the whiskey and mix into the pitcher. Gently fill the cans with the beer, avoiding too much foam, and mix into the pitcher. Add the ice and stir.

Blue Heaven Recipe

  • 2 cl amaretto almond liqueur
    2 cl rum
    4 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
    fill with pineapple juice
    1 slice pineapple




Pour the blue curacao in the glass. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake amaretto, rum, and pineapple juice. Pour it in the glass and stir. Garnish with pineapple slice.

Eggnog - Spiked Recipe

Ingredients



  • 12 eggs
    3 pints heavy cream
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 cup bourbon whiskey
    1 cup cognac
    1/2 tsp salt




Separate the eggs. In an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and lemon colored. Slowly add the bourbon and cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill several hours. Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until almost stiff, or until the beaten whites form a peak that bends slightly. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Chill one hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with freshly grated nutmeg.


Appled Rum Cooler Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
    1/2 oz Applejack brandy
    2 tsp lime juice
    2 oz club soda
    ice cubes




In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, applejack, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.

Bananarama Recipe

Eggnog - Kentucky Style Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 qt whipped heavy cream
    6 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups bourbon whiskey




Separate eggs. Beat yolks, add sugar. Add bourbon slowly while beating. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold whites into egg yolk mixture, then fold whipped cream into mixture. Refrigerate for more than 4 days. Stir frequently to avoid separation. Color will change to a pale Serve w/nutmeg or cinnamon.


Blue Hawaiian Screw #2 Recipe

  • 1 oz vodka
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    pineapple juice
    orange juice




Pour vodka and blue curacao into a large rocks or old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Fill with equal parts pineapple juice and orange juice. Garnish with an orange slice or a pineapple wedge, and serve.

Bayard Fizz Recipe

    1 tbsp maraschino liqueur
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Egg-nog - Classic Cooked Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 qt milk
    1 tsp vanilla




In large saucepan, beat together eggs, sugar and salt, if desired. Stir in 2 cups of the milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon and reaches 160 degrees F. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 2 cups milk and vanilla. Cover and regfigerate until thoroughly chilled, several hours or overnight. Just before serving, pour into bowl or pitcher. Garnish or add stir-ins, if desired. Choose 1 or several of: Chocolate curls, cinnamon sticks, extracts of flavorings, flavored brandy or liqueur, fruit juice or nectar, ground nutmeg, maraschino cherries, orange slices, peppermint sticks or candy canes, plain brandy, run or whiskey, sherbet or ice-cream, whipping cream, whipped. Serve immediately.

Egg Nog Recipe

    3 pints heavy cream
    1 cup granulated sugar
    nutmeg
    1 cup bourbon whiskey
    1 cup cognac
    1/2 tsp salt




Beat yolks until light in color. Slowly add bourbon, cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill 3 hrs. Add salt to whites, beat to peaks. Whip s cream until stiff.   • 1 baked apple
    1 tbsp superfine sugar
    1 glass Applejack brandy
    1 nutmeg

Bay Breeze Recipe

Jacana Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
    1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    3/4 oz fresh lime juice
    1 oz fresh grapefruit juice




Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Egg Nog - Williamsburg Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 eggs
    1/2 cup rum
    2 cups heavy cream
    1/2 cup brandy
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup whisky
    3/4 - 1 cup sugar
    1 tbsp nutmeg




Separate the eggs (yolk and white) Set the white aside. Mix yolks well, gradually adding the cream, milk, and sugar. Get back to the egg white - WHIP IT (whip it good!) until "soft peaks" form. Fold the white into the rest. Gradually add the alcohol. Either add nutmeg right away, or sprinkle on top later. AGE for at least 2 hours in refridgerator, uncovered.

Apple Swizzle Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz apple brandy
    3/4 oz dark rum
    3 oz sparkling apple juice
    1 1/2 oz lime juice

Shake apple brandy, dark rum, lime juice and syrup in a shaker and strain into a frosted collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Swizzle briefly to frost the glass. Add the apple juice, and serve with a swizzle stick and straws.

  • 1 oz Alize Bleu liqueur
    2 oz Gekkaikan sake
    2 oz Sunny Delight orange juice




Pour the Alize Bleu liqueur down the side of an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Allow it to sit before adding the Gekkaikan sake. Add Sunny Delight orange juice, stir and serve.

Egg Nog - Healthy Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 cup eggs
    3 oz rum
    3 tbsp sugar
    nutmeg
    13 oz skimmed condensed milk
    3/4 cup skimmed milk
    1 tsp vanilla




Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill over night. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.

    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    5 oz lemon-lime soda

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz Applejack brandy
    1/2 oz apple schnapps
    4 1/2 oz 7-Up soda




Pour vodka, Applejack brandy and apple schnapps into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, add 7-up, and serve.

Battery Skydiver Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
    1 1/2 oz Bacardi silver rum
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz lime juice




Mix all ingredients together with an ice cube or two, shaking vigorously and pour into a highball glass over 3 - 5 ice cubes. Serve.

Egg Nog #5 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 12 seperated eggs
    3 pints heavy cream
    1 cup granulated sugar
    grated nutmeg
    1 cup bourbon whiskey
    1 cup cognac
    1/2 tsp salt




In an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and lemon colored. Slowly add the bourbon and cognac, while beating at a slow speed. Chill several hours. Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until almost stiff, or until the beaten whites form a peak that bends slightly. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the whipped cream intothe yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Chill one hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve in punch bowl. If desired, add one or two cups of milk to the yolk mixture for a thinner eggnog.

Ikonoclast Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz Ikon vodka
    1/3 oz creme de cacao
    1 oz whipped cream
    1 cranberry




Pour the Ikon vodka and creme de cacao into a cocktail or martini shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour into a chilled cocktail or martini glass. Top with three swirls of whipped cream and a cranberry rolled in sugar, and serve.

Egg Nog #4 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 egg yolks
    1 tsp vanilla
    ground nutmeg
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups milk
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup light rum
    6 egg whites
    1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
    1/4 cup sugar




In a small mixer bowl beat egg yolks till blended. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating at high speed till thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk, stir in rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Chill thoroughly. Whip cream. Wash beaters well. In a large mixer bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites. Serve immediately. Sprinkle nutmeg over each serving. Serve in a punch bowl or another big bowl. NOTE: For a nonalcoholic eggnog, prepare Eggnog as above, except omit the bourbon and rum and increase the milk to 3 cups.

Apple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz spiced rum
    3 oz apple sauce
    4 oz sweet and sour mix
    1/4 oz triple sec
    12 oz crushed ice




Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until slushy. Pour into a tall glass; highball, hurricane, or collins, and serve.

Egg Nog #3 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 large eggs
    freshly ground nutmeg
    1 cup powdered sugar
    750 ml dark rum
    4 cups whipping cream
    1/2 cup apricot brandy




Separate eggs and refrigerate the whites. Beat ylks until light in color. Gradually beat in sugar, then slowly beat in 1 cup of rum. Let stand covered for atleast 1 hr. Add rest of liquor, cream, and peack brandy, beating constantly. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg. Serve in a punch bowl or another medium sized bowl.

  • 4 cl vodka
    1 part Battery energy drink
    1 part sweet and sour mix
    2 cl Blue Curacao liqueur

American Beauty Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz brandy
    1/2 oz dry vermouth
    1/4 tsp white creme de menthe
    1 oz orange juice
    1 tsp grenadine syrup
    1/2 oz tawny port




In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, vermouth, creme de menthe, orange juice, and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Pouring slowly and carefully, float the port on top.

Iguana Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz tequila
    1/4 oz coffee liqueur
    1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
    1/2 slice lime




Shake all ingredients (except lime slice) with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the lime slice and serve.

Egg Nog #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 seperated eggs
    1 oz rum
    1 cup sugar
    1 pint heavy cream
    1 pint milk
    1 pint bourbon whiskey




Separate 6 eggs. Beat yolks well. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Clean/degrease beaters and bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in yolks to whites. Gently stir in 1 pt heavy cream, 1 pt milk, 1 pt bourbon, and 1 oz rum. Serve as is or well chilled. Double recipe to fill a punch bowl.

Apple Rouge Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
    1 oz Applejack brandy




Pour both the Dubonnet wine and the Applejack brandy into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Amer Picon Punch Recipe

Ingredients

    1 tsp grenadine syrup
    2 1/2 oz Amer Picon orange bitters
    fill with soda water
    1 oz brandy




Fill old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour in grenadine and Amer Picon. Fill glass with soda, leaving room for brandy. Float brandy on top of drink.

Apple River Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz brandy
    1 oz brown creme de cacao
    1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    1 cup crushed ice




Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.

Banana Punch Recipe

  • 1 1/2 tsp apricot brandy
    2 oz vodka
    juice of 1/2 limes
    1/2 sliced banana
    carbonated water
    2 mint sprigs




Pour brandy, vodka, and juice of lime into a collins glass over crushed ice. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Decorate with banana slices and mint sprigs and serve.

Ambrosia Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Applejack brandy
    1 oz brandy
    1 dash triple sec
    juice of 1 lemons
    chilled Champagne




Combine and shake all ingredients (except champagne). Pour contents into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly, and serve.

Banana Popsicle Recipe

  • 1 oz Stoli Vanil vodka
    1 oz banana liqueur
    orange juice
    pineapple juice




Pour over ice in a shaker adding equal parts of orange juice and pineapple juice to the spirits. Shake and strain over ice cubes into a collins glass.

Idaho Dimetapp Recipe

  • 2 oz Absolut vodka
    2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    6 oz chilled NuGrape soda




Combine the vodka and rum in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Add the chilled grape soda and serve.

Dancing Dutchman Recipe

Ingredients



  • 25 tsp vodka
    5 cups ice cubes
    5 cups strawberry juice
    1 cup white wine
    1 cup lime juice
    3 cups peach juice
    15 tsp Scotch whisky
    rum




Mix fruit juices together in one bowl, place in blender with ice cubes. When slushy mixture is complete, stir in alcohol and shake until completly mixed. Place mixture in punchbowl, and float cherries in the bowl if desired.

Banana Margarita Recipe

Blue Downy Recipe

    1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Pour the light rum, blue curacao, coconut milk and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Shake or stir well. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

  • 1 oz cognac
    1 oz vodka
    1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
    4 oz orange juice
    1 oz lime juice
    1/4 oz sugar syrup




Rim a collins glass with lime juice and dip in caster sugar. Fill with broken ice. Shake all ingredients in a shaker and strain into the collins glass. Add a slice of lime or a cherry, and serve with straws.

Banana Lifesaver Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz coconut rum
    1 oz melon liqueur
    1 oz banana schnapps
    sweet and sour mix
    pineapple juice




Combine cocunut rum and melon liqueur together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Add the sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice to taste. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add the banana schnapps, and serve.

Bacardi Hawaiian Punch Recipe

  • 1/2 oz Bacardi Limon rum
    1/2 oz Bacardi Razz rum
    1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum
    1/2 oz Bacardi Vanil rum
    3 oz cranberry juice

  • 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz Stolichnaya vodka
    1 oz lemonade
    1/2 oz Sprite soda




Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Bacardi Confetti Punch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 750 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca white rum
    6 oz can frozen lemonade
    6 oz can frozen grapefruit juice
    16 oz can drained fruit cocktail
    2 liters chilled club soda




In large container, mix all but the soda. Chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When ready to serve, pour over ice in punch bowl, add chilled club soda and stir gently. Makes 8 servings.

Bacardi Champagne Punch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 50 cl Bacardi white rum
    10 cl triple sec
    10 cl amaretto almond liqueur
    5 cl grenadine syrup
    5 cl sugar syrup
    1 chunked pineapple
    150 cl Champagne
    1 liter sparkling water




Combine ingredients (except champagne and water) in a punch bowl, cover and chill for 2 hours. Add champagne and water, with a little ice. Add 5-10 frozen strawberries. Serve in wine glasses (30 servings).

Banana Foster Martini Recipe

    2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
    1/2 banana
    1 scoop vanilla ice cream
    1 tsp powdered cocoa
