Black Rose Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 dash grenadine syrup
    2 dashes Peychaud bitters
    2 oz bourbon whiskey




Pour grenadine, bitters and whiskey into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with ice. Stir, garnish with flamed lemon peel, and serve.

Cafe Brulot Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 - 1 1/2 oz cognac
    1 - 2 dashes triple sec
    1 cup hot coffee
    1 twist lemon peel
    1 twist orange peel
    1 clove
    1 pinch cinnamon
    1 tsp sugar




Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass. Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec. Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sweeten to taste, and serve.

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz raspberry liqueur
    1 oz vodka
    6 oz pineapple juice
    1 splash cranberry juice




Mix raspberry liqueur, vodka, and pineapple juice in the mixer, shake, strain, pour into glass, then add splash of cranberry juice.

Black River Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 cl Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1 cl aquavit
    2 cl vodka
    Sprite soda
    Farris soda water
    3 drops lime juice




Mix the alcohol in a glass with ice. Pour sprite and soda water simultaneously into the glass. Add the drops of lime and serve with a slice of lime on the side.

Cubins Cracker Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz peach schnapps
    1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    6 1/2 oz orange juice
    3 - 4 ice cubes
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz raspberry cordial




Add Schnapps, Southern Comfort, Juice and Ice to shaker. Shake briefly and pour unstrained into the collins glass. Gently pour Curacao down the side of the glass, to allow it to sink to the bottom. Then add Raspberry Cordial over a spoon, to allow it to float on top. Serve with straws and a slice of Orange.

German Wake-up Call Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 - 2 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur
    3 oz Tropicana Peach Orchard Punch juice
    3 oz orange juice




Stir together equal amounts of orange juice and Tropicana Peach Orchard Punch juice. Add as much Jagermeister as desired, stir again, and serve.

Black Pearls Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
    1 oz black sambuca
    1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur




Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, shake until completely cold then strain into a chilled stemmed glass or a Rocks glass filled with ice.

Melon Tonic Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz Midori melon liqueur
    1 dash lemon juice
    1 oz tonic water




Add vodka, melon liqueur, and lemon juice over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake 3-4 times, then add tonic water or club soda and shake once. Strain into cocktail glass or pour over ice into a highball glass.

German Peach Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur
    1 oz peach schnapps
    1/2 oz creme de cacao




Mix ingredients together in a cocktail glass over ice, and serve. Add more Rumple Minze to make it stronger or add seltzer water to make it weaker.

Melon Spritz Recipe

  • 1 oz spiced rum
    1/4 oz melon liqueur
    4 oz pineapple juice
    1 oz club soda




Pour the spiced rum, melon liqueur and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Top with soda, stir again gently, and serve.

Cape Cod Islander Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    2 1/2 oz cranberry juice
    3/4 oz Sprite soda
    1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1/4 oz pineapple juice




Pour the vodka into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add the cranberry juice and Sprite soda. Top with the Malibu coconut rum and pineapple juice in the center of the drink. Stir slightly and serve.

Cuban Martini Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz light rum
    1/2 oz dry vermouth




Pour both ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.

Black Napkin Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    1 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1 splash grenadine syrup
    top with Royal Crown cola




Pour the Southern Comfort peach liqueur into a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes. Add grenadine and Captain Morgan spiced rum. Top with a healthy dose of Royal Crown cola. Serve unstirred topped with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.

Black Mozart Sparkler Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 cl Black Mozart chocolate liqueur
    2 cl cherry brandy
    2 cl cherry juice
    1 dash fresh lime juice
    red sparkling wine




Shake ingredients in a shaker and pour into a champagne tulip. Top with dry red sparkling wine. Garnish with a red cherry on a cocktail stick, and serve.

Melon Martini Recipe

    1 oz honey syrup

  • 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
    1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
    1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
    1 tsp dry vermouth
    1 dash bitters




Pour whisky, Chartreuse, Dubonnet, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

  • 2 oz light rum
    1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    4 oz pineapple juice
    1 1/2 oz coconut cream
    1 cup crushed ice




Pour the rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend well at high speed and pour into a collins glass.

Melon Lime Daiquiri Recipe

  • 1/2 oz chopped melons
    1 oz brown sugar syrup
    1 oz maraschino liqueur

    2 oz white rum




Muddle the melon, sugar syrup, maraschino liqueur and lime juice together in a container. Add rum and ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint, and serve.

  • 1 part Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1 part Bacardi light rum
    1 part Captain Morgan Parrot Bay coconut rum

Pour all the ingredients into a mixer glass, shake violently, and then pour the mixture into a 12 oz. glass with ice.

  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz gin
    1 oz light rum

Fill glass with large ice cubes. Mix alcoholic ingredients in the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with dole pineapple-orange juice and stir.

Aztec Gold Recipe

Ingredients



  • 35 ml gold tequila
    15 ml creme de bananes
    15 ml amaretto almond liqueur
    15 ml Galliano herbal liqueur




Ice a shaker and add ingredients. Shake vigourously for 12- 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.

Georgia Promenade Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz Stoli Persik vodka
    2 oz lemonade
    1 splash cranberry juice




Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in the Stoli peach vodka, lemonade and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

Cuban Cherry Recipe

    3/4 oz cherry brandy

Pour Absolut Mandrin, peach schnapps, amaretto, Midori melon liqueur and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add orange juice and cranberry juice, both to taste. Stir, and serve.

Melon Colada Recipe

  • 1 1/4 oz white rum
    1 1/4 oz Midori melon liqueur

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.

Longdog Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz gin
    2 oz tequila
    2 oz triple sec
    2 oz fresh lime juice
    2 oz lemonade




Pour the gin, tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a collins glass, unstrained. Leave a little room at the top; fill with the lemonade. Stir briefly, garnish with lime and serve.

Georgia Peach #2 Recipe

Cuba Libre Espana Recipe

  • 1 oz sweet sherry
    1/2 oz white rum
    1/2 oz dark rum
    juice of 1/2 limes
    5 oz chilled Coca-Cola




Squeeze lime juice directly into a collins glass and add shell. Fill with ice and pour in the sherry, rums and cola. Serve with straws.

Avocado Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/4 medium avocado
    3/4 oz fresh lime juice
    1 cup crushed ice
    1 1/2 oz light rum
    1 lime wedge




Crush ice in blender. Add rum, lime juice, and 1/4 medium avocado in blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with lime wedge.

Bat Bite Recipe

  • 2 shots spiced rum
    fill with cranberry juice
    1 splash grenadine syrup




Pour the spiced rum over ice cubes in a glass. Fill with cranberry juice, and add a splash of grenadine. Stir, and serve.

Cuba Libra Recipe

Long Walk Off A Short Pier Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
    1 oz bourbon whiskey
    1 oz tequila
    1 oz vodka
    1 oz gin
    1 oz Irish whiskey
    1 oz Midori melon liqueur
    1 1/4 oz Coca-Cola




Pour all ingredients into a tall 16-oz glass filled with ice cubes. Top with Coca-cola, completely or to taste. Stir well, and serve.

Aviation Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/4 oz gin
    1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
    juice of 1 lemons
    3 - 5 pinches sugar




Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Juice the lemon and add to the shaker. Add a little sugar, if desired. Pour in gin and maraschino, and shake. Serve straight up in a cocktail glass.


The strict recipe does not have any sugar, but I like to add a little.

Long Vodka Recipe

Ingredients



  • 5 cl vodka
    1/2 lime
    4 dashes Angostura bitters
    1 dl Schweppes tonic water
    4 ice cubes




Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and angostura, coating the inside of the glass. Pour on the vodka, add a slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder, mix with tonic, stir and serve.

Baso Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 shot Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1 slice lime
    1/2 shot Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
    3/4 shot lime juice
    top with grapefruit juice
    1 splash club soda




Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a highball glass, garnish with lime, and serve.

Genuine Singapore Sling Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz gin
    1/2 oz cherry brandy
    4 oz pineapple juice
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    1/4 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
    1/3 oz grenadine syrup
    1 dash Angostura bitters




Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until the shaker is well frosted. Strain into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry.

Avalon Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 parts Finlandia vodka
    1 part Pisang Ambon liqueur
    6 parts apple juice
    1 1/2 parts lemon juice
    lemonade




Fill a tall glass with ice.


Layer the Finlandia Vodka, lemon and apple juices, Pisang Ambon, and top up with lemonade. Stir slightly and garnish with a spiralled cucumber skin and a red cherry. The cucumber provides zest and looks attractive.


This drink, created by Timo Haimi, took first prize in the 1991 Finlandia Vodka Long Drink Competition.

Crystal Cranberry Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1/4 oz Crown Royal Canadian whisky
    1/4 oz gin
    1/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    2 oz orange juice
    2 oz cranberry juice
    grenadine syrup




Fill glass half full with ice and add the vodka. Put in the cranberry and orange juice next, then float the other liquors. Add grenadine to color, mix and garnish with a straw and a lemon.

Cryonic Shock Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 shots Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 shot Stock 84 brandy
    1 shot white rum
    1 shot Metaxa Brandy
    2 shots ouzo anise liqueur
    juice of 1 lemons
    juice of 1 limes
    8 ice cubes




Mix the Blue Curacao, Whisky, Rum, Brandy, Ouzo, Lemon and Lime juices in a blender. Pulse mixture for 2-3 seconds. Add the 8 ice cubes. Pulse for about 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency of ice is achieved.

Long Kiss Goodnight Martini Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Stoli Vanil vodka
    1 oz Stolichnaya vodka
    1/2 oz Bols white creme de cacao
    shaved white chocolate
    ice




Freeze a martini glass with shaved chocolate on rim. In a shaker put ice, stoli vanilla, stoli vodka, and white creme de cacao. Shake lightly and pour into the martini glass. Garnish with chocolate kiss.

Basic Bill Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
    1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
    1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    2 dashes bitters




In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Long Iver Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/4 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1/4 oz Absolut vodka
    1/4 oz Tanqueray gin
    1/4 oz tequila
    1/4 oz triple sec
    sweet and sour mix
    Coca-Cola
    1 lemon wedge




Pour liquor over ice. Fill 3/4 full with sour mix. Shake. Top with cola and add a lemon wedge.

Long Island Tea Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 oz gin

    juice of 1/2 lemons
    1 splash Coca-Cola




Combine all ingredients (except cola) and pour over ice in a highball glass. Add the splash of cola for color. Decorate with a slice of lemon and serve.

Barrow Blues Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 oz anejo rum
    1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
    1 tsp coconut cream




Pour the blue curacao, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Crown Jewel Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/4 oz Crown Royal Canadian whisky
    1 1/4 oz Smirnoff vodka
    1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
    1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
    1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
    1 splash fresh lime juice




Mix all ingredients in a collins glass in order, top to bottom (floating chambord on top). Garnish with lime, and serve. To make shots instead, place all ingredients in a shaker and shake well.

Autodafe Recipe

    1 cl lime juice
    soda water




Mix vodka and lime juice together in a highball glass. Fill up with soda water, and serve.

Long Island Sunset Recipe

Authentic Pina Colada Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
    2 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
    2 oz pineapple juice
    1 cup crushed ice

General Lee Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz gin
    2 oz club soda
    1/4 tsp anisette
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 oz lime juice
    fill with ginger ale




Combine the lime juice, club soda, and sugar into a collins glass. Stir, then add ice cubes, anisette, and gin. Stir again. Fill drink with ginger ale. Stir well and serve.

Beaubetween Recipe

  • 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
    1/2 oz creme de cacao
    1/2 oz Tequila Rose strawberry cream liqueur




Pour the peppermint schnapps into a shot glass. Add the creme de cacao, then layer the tequila rose on top using the back of a spoon, and serve.

Crooked Golf Cart Recipe

Ingredients



  • 5 parts cranberry juice
    1 part amaretto almond liqueur
    1 splash rum
    2 slices limes




Fill glass to top with ice. Pour cranberry juice to about the halfway point. Then, pour in amaretto and continue to fill glass to top with cranberry juice. Throw a splash of rum in at the top and stir lightly. Make sure and drink over the lime, it adds an awesome flavor!

Long Happiness Recipe

Ingredients



  • 30 g ginger
    30 g pineapples
    1 1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz gin
    2 oz pineapple juice
    ginger beer




Muddle in the bottom of a boston shaker the ginger and pineapple. Add vodka, gin, and pineapple juice. Shake and strain into a collins glass, top with ginger beer, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.

Long Beach Iced Tea Recipe

  • 1 shot vodka
    1 shot light rum
    1 shot gin

Barnstormer Recipe

Fire In The Sky Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz melon liqueur
    1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
    1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
    1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
    2 oz cream
    1 tsp grenadine syrup




Pour the melon liqueur into a cocktail glass. Carefully layer the Frangelico hazelnut liqueur on top. Do the same with the Tia Maria coffee liqueur, strawberry liqueur, and finally the cream. Add shaved ice. Fill a straw with grenadine and, after placing the straw on the base of the glass, release. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles, and serve.

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi white rum
    1 1/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    1 1/2 tsp sugar
    3/4 oz lime juice
    1 1/4 oz orange juice
    1 passion-fruit




Combine the rum, Cointreau, lime juice, orange juice, sugar, and the juice from one passion-fruit in a blender with 1/4 cup of crushed ice. Blend and add further crushed ice where needed until slushy consistancy is achieved. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a slice of lemon, lime and orange, and serve.

Ingredients



  • 10 ml vodka
    15 ml apricot schnapps
    10 ml cinnamon schnapps
    15 ml strawberry schnapps
    10 ml peach schnapps
    1 tsp red curry paste
    1 egg




Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Ensure the red curry paste is thoroughly dissolved. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
