Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz rum
    1/2 oz vodka

    3 cl vodka




Blend vodka and cointreau in a shotglass. Set the drink on fire with a match. Put the piece of sugar on a fork and hold it over the flame from the drink and let it melt down into the glass. When the sugar has melted, use the palm of your hand to put out the flame.

  • 2 cl gin
    2 cl Midori melon liqueur
    1 cl strawberry juice
    8 cl sweet and sour mix
    lemonade




Mix the first 4 ingredients with ice. Fill with lemonade. Garnish with carambole and strawberry on the edge of glass.

Pick-me-up Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 - 1 oz brandy
    1 dash grenadine syrup
    1 dash sugar syrup
    1 dash Angostura bitters
    1/4 oz lemon juice
    4 oz Champagne




Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.

Lemon Daisy Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz grenadine syrup
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    7-Up soda
    soda water




Stir the lemon juice, grenadine and simple syrup together in a white wine glass. Add ice, top with equal parts 7-up and soda water, and serve.

  • 1 1/2 oz RedRum rum
    3/4 oz Stolichnaya vodka
    ginger ale




In a shaker with ice, combine rum and vodka. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled almost to the top with ice. Top off with ginger ale and stir gently.

Under Kurant Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Absolut Kurant vodka
    1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 oz pineapple juice
    1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur




Shake the absolut kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare. Add just enough chambord to color the bottom of the glass.

Sly Goes To Havana Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
    1 tsp white creme de cacao
    1 tsp Green Chartreuse
    1 oz pineapple juice
    1/2 oz lime juice
    crushed ice




Combine ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice, and serve.

Picasso 1 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 4 cl cranberry vodka
    2 cl banana syrup
    juice of 1 limes
    Schweppes Russian tonic water




Combine ingredients, in order, in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a collins glass with ice cubes. Top with schweppes russian. Garnish with a slice of lime, a mint leaf and a straw.
