Ingredients



  • 2 oz orange juice
    grapefruit juice
    1 splash Sprite soda
    grenadine syrup




Pour orange vodka into a deep stemmed glass with ice. Fill with grapefruit juice, add sprite or champagne, and stir gently. Spin the glass and drizzle in a few drops of grenadine to make a spiral effect. Garnish with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
    1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
    coconut syrup
    orange juice




Pour chambord and peach schnapps over crushed ice in a collins glass. Fill up to half with coconut syrup, fill the other half with orange juice, and stir. Garnish with a paper umbrella through a marachino cherry and orange wedge.


After a few minutes the juice and syrup should separate from the alcohol giving it a sand-like look. (But it tastes much better.)

  • 4 cl coconut milk
    6 cl vodka
    4 cl tequila
    5 cl white creme de menthe
    4 cl banana liqueur




Mix the tequila, vodka, banana liqueur and coconut milk together. Shake it well together with crushed ice, and put it in an glass. Last, pour the creme de menthe into the glass so that it sinks to bottom of the glass.

The Big Banana Recipe

    2 oz amaretto almond liqueur

The Big Johnson #2 Recipe

  • 2 oz Ketel One vodka
    2 oz cranberry juice
    2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur

Cut a lime into slices and coat in sugar. Pour Ketel One vodka, Southern Comfort and White Lightning into a pitcher filled with ice. Ingredients



  • 4 oz Stolichnaya vodka
    1 dash dry vermouth




Pour the vermouth into a cocktail glass. Swirl it around until the glass is coated. Pour out excess vermouth. Place the glass in the freezer until thoroughly chilled. Shake the Stoli vodka with ice for at least 20 seconds. Pour into the chilled cocktail glass, garnish with two grapes, and serve.

Ingredients



  • 2 oz mint-flavored gin
    juice of 1/2 lemons
    carbonated water
    1 slice orange

Orange Rush Shots Recipe

  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    1 1/4 oz triple sec

    1 splash 7-Up soda




Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into 4 seperate shot glasses. Color should be light orange.

Minnesota Slammer Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz cherry brandy
    2 oz peach schnapps
    2 oz DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
    2 oz sweet and sour mix
    4 - 8 oz Sprite soda




Layer the cherry brandy, peach schnapps and apple schnapps in a large hurricane glass. Add sour mix on top, fill the remainder with Sprite, and serve.

Doublemint Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz mint schnapps
    5 oz hot coffee
    1 oz whipped cream
    1 dash green creme de menthe




Pour mint schnapps into an Irish coffee cup or glass and fill with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream, add creme de menthe for color, and serve.

Balm Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz sherry
    3/4 oz fresh orange juice
    1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    2 dashes Angostura bitters
    2 slices oranges




Mix all ingredients with the orange slices and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Nitrous Oxide Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
    3/4 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur




Pour both ingredients into a brandy snifter. Tilt glass and flame the liquor. When flamed cover it completely so no oxygen escapes (very important). You will feel a suction to the hand, pop your hand off, take the shot, and immediately cover the glass again so no oxygen escapes. Make a slight hole in between your index and thumb, and inhale as much as u can, and hold it. That is the Nitrous Oxide!

Brandy Sangaree Recipe

  • 2 oz brandy
    1/2 tsp powdered sugar
    1 tsp water
    carbonated water
    1 tbsp port
    nutmeg




Dissolve powdered sugar in 1 tsp. water. Add brandy and pour into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Float port on top, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, and serve.

Grim Reaper Recipe

  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
    1 dash grenadine syrup




Mix kahlua and 151 proof rum in an old-fashioned glass. Quickly add ice and pour grenadine over the top to give an ice red tint.

  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
    1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 oz triple sec
    1 oz lemon juice
    2 oz orange juice

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients except the Grenadine. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice if you like. Drop the Grenadine into the center and serve.

Scotch Sour Recipe

    juice of 1/2 limes
    1/2 tsp powdered sugar
    1/2 slice lemon

Shake scotch, juice of lime, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.

Greven Recipe

Ingredients



  • 4 cl Absolut Citron vodka
    8 cl Passoa liqueur
    1 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
    12 cl orange juice
    2 dashes limes




Pour vodka, passoa and orange juice over ice in the glass. Add the blue curacao and the lime. Do not stir.

Double Intention Recipe

  • 1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz creme de cacao

Scotch Old-fashioned Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 dashes bitters
    3 oz Scotch whisky
    1 tsp water
    1 sugar cube
    1 slice orange
    1 maraschino cherry




In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the bitters and water into the sugar cube, using the back of a teaspoon. Almost fill the glass with ice cubes and add the scotch. Garnish with the orange slice and the cherry. Serve with a swizzle stick.

Double Fudge Martini #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
    1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1/2 tsp espresso ground coffee
    1 1/2 oz chocolate topping
    1/3 oz DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur
    1 1/2 - 2 oz cream
    1 tsp grated chocolate




Shake the Absolut vodka, Kahlua coffee liqueur, espresso coffee and chocolate topping with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. In a fresh shaker, shake cream and DeKuyper Buttershots (butterscotch liqueur) until thickened and float on top of the chocolate mix. Garnish with grated chocolate and chocoloate topping, and serve.

Bali Punch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
    1/2 oz coconut rum
    1 oz lime juice
    2 oz passion-fruit juice
    2 oz orangeade
    1/2 oz pineapple syrup




Shake rums, juices and syrup and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Add the orangeade, and serve with in-season fruit and straws.

Lemon Shot Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
    1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
    1 lemon wedge
    sugar
    Bacardi 151 rum




Mix galliano and absolut citron in a shot glass, lay lemon wedge sprinkled with sugar over glass and pour rum over the wedge and glass. Ignite rum and allow to burn for a moment. Extinguish, shoot quickly, and suck on the lemon.


If it is done correctly, this will taste like a shot of sweet lemonade.

Greenland Recipe

Ingredients



  • 4 cl vodka
    2 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 cl amaretto almond liqueur
    2 dashes egg white
    orange juice




Shake all ingredients (except orange juice) with ice, and strain into a highball glass. Top with fresh orange juice, to taste. Garnish with an orange slice, a cherry and a mint leaf. Add straws, and serve.

Bali Hai Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz light rum
    1 oz aguardiente brandy
    2 oz fresh lime juice
    2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp orgeat syrup
    1 tsp grenadine syrup
    fill with Champagne




Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass. Fill with champagne.

Doralto Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    1/2 tsp superfine sugar
    1 dash bitters
    4 oz tonic water
    1 lime wedge




In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge.

Bali Dream Recipe

  • 20 cl Bacardi white rum
    20 cl Bacardi black rum
    20 cl creme de bananes
    20 cl Passoa liqueur
    10 cl coconut liqueur
    10 cl grenadine syrup
    200 cl orange juice




Put all ingredients in shaker together with some ice-cubes. Shake well. Serve with piece of banana on top of the glass.

  • 1 oz vodka
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

    3 1/2 oz Prosecco sparkling wine




Pour vodka, blue curaao and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute then top with Prosecco wine and serve.

Lemon Drop Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    1 sugar cube




Add sugar to the rim of an old-fashioned glass, and drop a cube or packet of sugar into the bottom of the glass. Pour vodka and lemon juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Pour into the prepared old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Brandy Manhattan Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 tsp maraschino cherry juice
    1 maraschino cherry
    2 dashes bitters
    1/2 oz sweet vermouth
    2 oz brandy
    1 splash water




Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Cherry juice and cherry, then bitters. Add brandy, then sweet vermouth. Add water, stir. Enjoy!
