Ingredients



  • 3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
    4 oz ice cold water
    1 large orange
    1 large grapefruit
    1 tamarillo




Place all the fruits in a blender and puree, add blue curacao and Cointreau then pulse until combined. Add water and ice and pulse until combined. Serve in tall glass with rim dipped in sugar and lemon juice and a slice of orange on side.

  • 1 1/2 liters Sauternes white wine

  • 1 oz RedRum rum

Ingredients



  • 2 bottles chilled Champagne
    1 bottle Chablis white wine
    3 oz cognac
    1 1/2 oz Curacao orange liqueur




Mix the cognac and curacao several hours ahead of time. When ready to serve, pour the necessary amount of this mixture over a block of ice or ice mold in a cold punch bowl, and add thoroughly chilled champagne. Stir and serve at once.


*Do not let the mixture ladle back and forth over the ice, as this will eliminate the bubbles.

  • 1 oz Martini & Rossi dry vermouth
    1 oz sloe gin
    4 oz Schweppes bitter lemon soda
    1 splash Pisang Ambon liqueur




Pour Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth into a highball glass filled with ice. Add sloe gin and Pisang Ambon. Stir well. Fill with Schweppes bitter lemon, and serve.

  • 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1 oz Midori melon liqueur
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    2 oz pineapple juice

Apricot Fizz Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 1/2 oz apricot brandy
    1 oz lemon juice
    1/2 tsp superfine sugar
    4 oz club soda




Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.

Canadian Princess Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz peach schnapps
    1 oz melon liqueur
    3 oz cranberry juice




Pour the vodka, peach schnapps, melon liqueur and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass. Add a speared cherry, and serve.

Tartan Champagne Punch Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2.25 liters (3 bottles) chilled Champagne
    4 oz brandy
    4 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
    4 oz maraschino liqueur
    16 oz club soda
    1/2 cup superfine sugar
    3 peeled and sliced oranges




Stir the Drambuie and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the brandy, maraschino liqueur, Champagne and club soda. Stir well. Add one large block of ice, and garnish with peeled orange slices.

Canadian Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
    1 tsp pineapple juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
    1 pineapple stick




Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the pineapple stick and serve.

Canadian Old-fashioned Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Canadian whisky
    1 tsp triple sec
    1 dash Angostura bitters
    1 dash fresh lemon juice




Shake the whisky, triple sec, angostura bitters and lemon juice with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.

Jaffa Schnapps Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
    1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
    1/4 oz Malibu coconut rum
    1/4 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
    1 1/2 oz milk




Line the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar syrup and shaved chocolate. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with orange sprinkles and serve.

Oklahoma Tropical Twister Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 cans Coco Lopez cream of coconut
    64 oz Del Monte pineapple juice
    6 cups Sunkist orange juice
    1/4 cup grenadine syrup
    1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum




1. Place both cans of cream of coconut (unopened) in hot water for 10 minutes.


2. Pour the pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, and grenadine into a large punch bowl. Add the rum (to taste), or add it seperately to each drink later. (1 1/2 ounce per 12 ounce serving, kids will enjoy it without rum.) Stir for 3 minutes to ensure proper mixture.


3. Serve in glasses over crushed ice. Garnish each drink with a pineapple and orange wedge, and a maraschino cherry on a tooth pick.

Beachcomber Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 tsp superfine sugar
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1 lime wedge
    2 oz light rum
    1 tsp maraschino liqueur
    1 tsp cherry brandy




Place sugar in a saucer. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip glass into sugar to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lime. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine rum, maraschino liqueur, cherry brandy, and lime juice. Shake well.

Jade Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 tsp green creme de menthe
    1/2 tsp triple sec
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp powdered sugar
    1 slice lime




Shake all ingredients (except lime slice) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the slice of lime and serve.

Blue Memphis Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
    3 oz pineapple juice
    2 oz milk
    1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur




Pour all ingredients (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Add blue curacao and shake again briefly. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Beachcomber #3 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
    1/2 oz triple sec
    1/2 oz grenadine syrup
    1 oz sweet and sour mix




Pour white rum, triple sec, grenadine and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Canadian Killer Kool-aid Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz vodka
    1 oz melon liqueur
    1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    cranberry juice
    Sprite soda




Pour amaretto, melon liqueur and vodka into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Add cranberry juice to taste, and stir again. Top with Sprite, to taste, and serve.

Jade Isle Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Midori melon liqueur
    1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1 oz Stoli Cranberi vodka
    4 oz sweet and sour mix
    2 oz 7-Up soda
    1 maraschino cherry




Shake all ingredients (except cherry) in a shaker cup. Strain into a hurricane glass 1/2 filled with chipped ice. Garnish with a cherry and a long straw.

Beachcomber #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1 1/2 oz white rum
    6 strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 oz coconut milk
    1/4 oz lime juice
    1/2 oz grenadine syrup
    1 pinch ground cinnamon




Pour all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice. Blend well. Pour into a highball glass, dust with cinnamon, and serve.

Jade #2 Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz vodka
    1 oz Hpnotiq liqueur
    1 oz pineapple juice




Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
